The mortgage rates shown here are some of our lowest rates available for commonly selected and funded loans. These are not particularly the rates you will get when you apply; you may get a lower rate or a higher one based on myriad of factors including credit score, income, assets, loan amount and equity, as well as financial history such as bankruptcy and more.
